We’re looking for an experienced leader to help us develop our agency and deliver our strategy. You’ll be overseeing our finances, building improved business processes, supporting our delivery teams, providing strategic advice and leading on people management.
You’ll be working with the team to ensure we’re as effective and efficient as possible, making sure operational systems and processes run smoothly across the agency and ensuring that the agency is optimised for best financial performance and to deliver on our mission.

You’ll work with the studio manager and accountant to ensure that our financial procedures are efficient and work well day-to-day.
You’ll be responsible for budget setting and regular reporting on our financial performance, spotting opportunities for growth and maximising our revenues.
