We are looking for a highly creative senior designer to join our London design team and work on projects with social progress at their heart. This is a full-time, permanent contract in our Whitechapel studio.

About you

 

  • You have a track record of working across a range of design projects including substantial experience of publication design for print. 
  • You have brilliant layout and typography skills, with a rigorous and precise approach and meticulous eye for detail.
  • You are highly competent in using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • You have experience of collaborating with clients or stakeholders to  agree a brief and work through iterations. 
  • You have great organisation skills. You are happy working on multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and seeking help from colleagues when required.
  • You have experience mentoring or managing junior colleagues.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and have fluent written and spoken English.

Job description

Working within our fast-paced design team, you will get involved in a diverse range of projects at every stage – from taking client briefs and idea generation, through to creative development, production and delivery. 

You will be working with some of the world’s leading mission-driven policy, research and advocacy organisations. You’ll produce a wide range of digital and print materials, in particular specialising in flagship publications.

You’ll be part of our 15-strong design team, with a high degree of autonomy for your own work and an opportunity to get involved with a highly collaborative studio team.
