Fulltime

We are looking for an energetic and proactive senior digital project manager to cover maternity leave for 12 months from mid-July 2024. This role is perfect for a natural organiser with great problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who can work at our London office 2 days per week between Tue - Thu.

As part of the digital project management team, you will work on interesting digital projects alongside our strategists, digital designers, and developers to coordinate projects. You’ll work with your colleagues and our clients to draw up project plans and budgets, monitor project progress, and report internally and externally to ensure that deadlines and financial targets are achieved.

As a senior team member, you will also assist the Head of Digital Delivery and other project managers in ensuring the effective running of the wider team, so that web projects are effectively planned resourced, and executed on time and budget.

It is a dynamic, fast-paced role and you must have experience working in an agency environment or similar, juggling multiple projects and resources.

About you

  • You have at least 4 years of digital project management experience in a relevant role.
  • A proven track record of managing complex digital projects.
  • You can communicate clearly with clients and colleagues in person, on calls, and via email, demonstrating diplomacy and negotiation skills.
  • You remain calm under pressure and maintain a patient and positive approach when dealing with multiple requests.
  • You have strong commercial awareness and keep the bottom line in mind.
  • Be self-motivated, self-driven, and independent, requiring little day-to-day oversight
  • You’re comfortable working across several projects and prioritising changing tasks.
  • Problem-solving, client management, and negotiation should come naturally to you.
  • Comfortable and capable of attending new business pitches where required

Ideally

  • You have experience working within a similar agency offering web design and development services.
  • You have some experience working with non-commercial clients such as NGOs, think tanks, or educational institutions.

We work in Google Suite, Productive.io, Basecamp, ClickUp, and Slack. You’ll need experience in these tools or similar – or be a fast learner.

What we offer

  • 25 days of holiday per year (plus public holidays, Christmas, and your birthday)
  • Hybrid working – in the studio a minimum of two days per week
  • Work from anywhere four weeks a year
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Company pension
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Regular employee well-being perks and events  such as bring your dog to the office, store and online discounts, and summer and winter  celebrations
